Relatively Safe Sport
Someone did some studies and found that skateboarding could be safer. “To prevent injury, Winston said, kids should avoid skating in the street and go to skateboarding parks whenever possible.” This type of comment is exactly what we are trying to avoid. Get your asses back in the streets.

Dismissed?
With a history of drunk driving arrests and some shitty brakes on his truck, Clayton Bennett was again drunk and speeding in his truck when he hit and killed skateboarder Peter Cannon-Dans. “the physical evidence here supports the factual conclusion that the defendant observed the skateboarder move into his lane and he attempted to avoid collision.” Of course it was an accident, But the dude SHOULD NOT have been on the road in the first place. Sux.
