Simon Lain has applied for patent #2005903060 in Austrailia for his Flex_One trucks that cost $198.00 (inc.GST) per pair!
Daniel Gezmer actually comes out looking good after you check out Simon’s Crap. The “Powerfull 680 Newton Flex Effect” will most certainly break after the first 5 stair+ trick you try and you know the lapper on these things will make grinding soooo fun to figure out. Gullwing used to have a little truck pussy to keep you on the curb but these “innovative” skateboard handles aren’t even that cool.

Flex_One is made of steel not some brittle
alloy. You’ll break long before these do,
ever hear of spring steel dickheads those
lever arms are 10mm dia ie just under half
inch for americans. Think your going to snap
these in a hurry, well think again.

Conventional design trucks leave the weight
of boggies board and rider unsprung. If you
put the springing at the wheels instead of
having just a little flex in the deck then
you’ll get a real change in all aspects of
performance. That’s what Flex_One does uses
torsion bars to provide springing to each
wheel. With a minimum of complexity to gain
maximum durabillity. No springs levers or
bushes to rapidly wear out. No alloy bits
to snap off, just good old hard wearing
steel. Silverfish will be testing them so
wait and see what they say.
