McD’s just sent out their notice of 2006 Annual Shareholder’s Meeting and Proxy Statement. Here is the cover and this photo was inside the 2005 Summary Annual Report. So we fell victim to the propaganda and skated over to McDonald’s and bought a sandwich. They’re loving us.

We were going to leave Freeline Skates alone because we completely ignore the fruitbooters, but we thought you needed to be prepared for these things to start showing up at your local spots. You shouldn’t even hesitate to kick these people out of your spots. Completely worthless mall skates.

Skateboarding School
Although welding acorns and installing curb brackets are relatively inexpensive, the exposed aggregate could cost up to $30,000. So far, the school has spent $8,000 to make 200 square feet of curb too rough to skate
Hollywood, California sinks money into making the schools unskateable while De Pere, Wisconsin makes Skateboarding part of their curriculum.
Update: Boulder, Colorado becomes the first school in the nation to teach Skateboarding at school. Turning our kids into volunteer Police.
Hollywood keeps it real.

Olympic Slalom Skateboarding

It’s fun to imagine cleaning your system out and figuring out how to operate one of those slalom contraptions. You too could be an Olympic Skateboarder. Wow!
We’re going to go out on a limb and say that Olympic Slalom Skateboarding is about as far as it should go. Is being on the Safety Committee (PDF) of the International Association of Skateboard Companies (IASC) enough pull to keep everything else from going in to the Olympics?
